I got the ICECO J40Pro. It fits in the frunk with the shelf taken out, BUT the bottom does not rest flush with the bin. When I have time, I’ll see if I can build a custom lower shelf to stabilize. Here is a link I made with video:

I don’t know if this is right or not. I watched the video a bunch and took screenshots but could not tell. So I did the pictures below. I’ve not had a change to drive any distance so I can’t tell if it makes much difference.

I’ll try to take pictures later. When you remove the frunk shelf, the plastic bin has two spots that protrude into the bottom floor area making the cooler sandwiched between them and it’s not flat on the bottom floor. I think a custom board might do the trick. Just need to measure the height...

I got most resolved. General rattles and vibrations are still there, but not as extreme. The latest software also helped a lot with handling and comfort over bumps. It should continue to get better over time. I’ll tackle the panels myself once I have the time.

I was blessed with a chip (star) on our drive home last night in the rain... we all heard it, then saw it once the rain washed away. Hopefully it can be filled and not have to be replaced. We will see.
