    Early reservation, no invite. This irked me, so I am no longer getting the launch version and waiting until Q4 '26/Q1 '27 to get the Gen 3/LiDAR version instead. Due to the snub, not paying top dollar for dated mid-2024 tech.

    I just don’t see a flipping market for this early version of the R2. The major flaw is that it uses older Gen 2 tech without LiDAR. Also, unless there is a way to order it with an MSO, I’m not seeing how you can get this vehicle untitled so you can sell it to the next person as a brand-new vehicle.

    Flipping doesn't really make sense, because if it's going to be sold above market price, then your getting into R1S territory that already exists.
