Well, they don't have ice studs, but on icy snow they rock. Here is the video of me driving in ice encrusted snow and (although I didn't know it at the time) destroying the lower front facia of the truck.

Not worried, though. I have no intention of trading in my R1T, which I love, and my wife still doesn't want a BEV. I made the reservation to support Rivian.
My dudes, while these are not winter tires, I drove in deep icy snow and they plowed through it like nobody's business. I had so much fun in the snow, I caused $1200 worth of damage to the front lower facia.
I have zero complaints about these tires.
My 22" OEM Pirelli tires are excellent. Good all around performance, quiet and efficient. I think the complaints are regarding the 20" AT tires. Apparently they get very noisy when they wear.
Not much to add to @tivoboy's response except this picture:
It is an excellent app for trip planning. The web site has all the functionality of the app. I paid for a subscription so I can link my truck to the app. It tracks all my activity including drives and charges. I also pay for Rivian...
I didn't see that situation in my weekend trip, but the Tesla does move out of the way when it detects faster traffic approaching from the rear. So, it seems like it would also detect the situation you described, but I didn't experience that. Maybe because it was always moving over for faster...
1.36%
😂
But seriously, it won't be measurable. Anything less than 5% isn't measurable, IMO. There are too many other variables that impact range that will hide a small change.
That said, I think it definitely will negatively impact range.
As long as you keep tbe same wheel setup and don't...
Relax. This is one drive and on AT tires, the least efficient wheel setup. With the most efficient wheels, 260 is totally reasonable.
Buy the 21s with road tires and you will be happy. That is if you are happy with 260 miles for 100% to 0% in good weather.
(260 miles highway range at 70-80...
This is the opposite of my experience in a HW4 MY. Maybe you are stuck in the past, but the latest FSD on HW4 is perfect. And I am not just saying that to be difficult. It is my experience riding in my friend's car for an entire weekend, with multiple complex driving situations.
It does not...
