I would ask them to reset the range calculation. I had them do that on mine after a battery replacement and it fixed it. Only service center can do that reset apparently

No issues here since 2024. One claim for a windshield replacement and they covered the full cost no questions asked.

I have similar opinions of the Houston and now Katy, Texas service centers. Top knotch service.

Got an appointment at the new Katy service center on 11/11.

Just having this happen the second time now. Mobile service tech says they can replace the drain plug via mobile service, but if the entire HVAC is impacted I'll have to take it in. So scheduling a mobile service in order to see if they can solve without having to go in.
