I actually heard a Rivian commercial on NPR yesterday. Caught me by surprise and it wasn't related to the tiny desk concert. Pretty cool, however, they only mentioned R1S and R1T, no mention of R2 which was a bit surprising.
These "customer" deliveries are likely for demo drives at service centers and spaces in addition to being employee vehicles. Those two numbers likely play into the eventual June deliveries to external customers.

I would ask them to reset the range calculation. I had them do that on mine after a battery replacement and it fixed it. Only service center can do that reset apparently
What tires do you have? I had the 20" off road to begin with and switched them to the Michelin LTX and it drives so much better. I also recently drove a 2026 on 22" wheels and it rode very rough. Point being, tires may be a big part of your problem. My R1S is a completely different vehicle...

Just having this happen the second time now. Mobile service tech says they can replace the drain plug via mobile service, but if the entire HVAC is impacted I'll have to take it in. So scheduling a mobile service in order to see if they can solve without having to go in.
