Good luck with that RJ, just hoping isn't going to bring them back. Maybe offer some exclusive discounts to existing or previous owners to entice them.
Me personally I'm not a fan of the hostility against diy or 3rd party repairs so I'm out unless that changes.
G1 with 22's no nudging/corrections required here and after the update a couple of months ago the minor vibration at 75mph+ is also gone. Steering is butter smooth. Could be just old unevenly worn tires.
His answers seem a little disingenuous here, there is no way he doesn't know repair costs are very high for this class of vehicle. If this trend continues with R2, Rivian will feel it hard in about 3 years as R2 owners are going to be way more sensitive to prices and less forgiving than R1...
Wow all those coils on that charging pad and my phone struggles to find one and hold a charge, incredibly overengineered and still fails to do its core functionality.
Rivian might finally see a direct competitor if they actually build it. I'm digging the lego look of this thing, not a fan of the interior though. Cleaning it might not be fun though. I do like hearing it is designed for the "build maker" and modifier the complete opposite of Rivian's stance...
Wassym thanks for reaffirming my thoughts on moving on from Rivian. Just keeps going deeper down the path of touch, voice control and Ai none are great. Just give us access to a curated Android play store and most of the complaints go away no need to reinvent every app to pad that revenue stream...
To me it looks like a. Jaguar ipace. Just nothing about it says Ferrari, at least the Mazda looking suv was interesting to look at, this is just a boring tech appliance look. A Ferrari needs to be flashy, not practical.
Would be easy enough to just have a countersunk hole on the bottom of the new adapter, but you really don't want this adding more moving parts will make it even more sketchy if everything is not completely vertical slight lean and it will buckle.
All the people saying they don't need a rear wiper probably aren't driving in really dusty areas or on salted streets in snowy places. A rear camera or window without a wiper becomes useless within a couple of minutes with salt spray coming off from under the vehicle.
Also what this isn't...
I did not disconnect the line. You'll need to get it out of the foam to see the filler plug. Foam is just friction fit into the housing.
I wedged the pump between the tire and wheel well and bumper trim to get access to the fill hole.
Made a filling tube with funnel and parts from a brake...
I'll have to dig up a picture I took of it. But no further disassembly is needed once you get it out of the foam shell. The reservoir tank is the round plastic tank on top with a small hex plug, you remove the plug and fill it with a tiny funnel and a piece of tubing. It's a slow process as the...
It's all about the small medium large sales tactic to make you purchase the highest trim level as it looks like a bargain compared to the lowest trim level.
