What is the latest update? Did Service find the problem? Our R1S has the same symptoms stating about 3 months ago. Every morning we got the warning to wait for vehicle to raise. Takes about 1-3 min. Took delivery 8/2023.

The receipt doesn't have a cost listed for the battery. It does show 9.7 hour of labor was used. But, total cost is listed as $0.00 since under warranty as you stated.

Thanks!!! I had been trying to find the pivot adapters recommended but couldn’t find the thread. Your summary was helpful. Ordered the pivot adapter today. Very much needed as a I throw things in the storage area and it sometimes unplugs my T7 storage device.

Final update: Repair complete. Took 9.7 hours of labor to replace battery and sync systems up with the new battery. Test drive by SC confirmed all is good. See attached Energy status and range of 273 miles (vs 150 miles) estimated for All Purpose Mode at 100%. In shop from Tuesday to end...

Update: Making progress but the repair isn’t done yet. Dropped off Tuesday. The SC confirmed the battery was the problem. The new battery arrived. Now being installed and synced with firmware and software. We hope to pick up Monday and will drill down with the tech to understand what the damage...

Agreed. At first we thought that it could be efficiency range needed to be updated with better driving conditions. But after achieving very good efficiency obver our road trip and seeing the charger data and help from the forum we came to conclusion it must be a defect in the battery. ?we will...

Here’s a screenshot from one charge on our trip. Gives a good idea of battery capacity but from 10% to 92% fill . 62 kw added. So we estimate from this 75 kw battery capacity.

Take a look at a screen shot at the end of road trip last night showing excellent efficiency. And a screen shot of the estimated full range for all modes. Our range had been 305 miles for Conserve mode and 275 mile for All Purpose in the past but no screen shot. (We sent to SC). We didn’t do...

Our VIN are similar timing! I hate to say it but glad we are not alone. What SC are you going to? I’ll mention it to the Cincinnati SC on our appointment on March 5. Let’s hope we both get a good resolution.
