Yes. Had mine in for service 2 months ago. Replaced wiring harness. Said it was fixed. Dropped it off last week for service and currently driving a rental for the same problem.
I’m still on version 3.0. Charger delivered in August 22. Took delivery of truck in September 2022. Got charger installed March 23. Been online for about 2 weeks now. Anyone figured out how to update firmware?
Did anyone ever get the wall charger online with an eero mesh network? I finally got the charger to see my network by disabling the blend for 15 minutes. I ca see the charger as a device on my network. However the charger Still shows as off-line in my Rivian app.

Nope got my wheels. I picked it up 9/29. Guide found my configuration in Chicago. I Was going up there for a meeting anyway, so I picked it up at Chicago service center and road tripped home. I did have to change the interior from BM to FE.
