Weaker OPD makes it easier to drive smoother if someone doesn't have great throttle control. I wish the Rivian had weaker OPD when my wife is driving! 😬

Need a state inspection, but I don't want to go through the whole rigamarole of booking an appointment with one of the shops just to have it inspected. I just like to drive in, get the inspection, and leave. Anyone had luck getting this done with their Rivian? Where did you go?

We use the Gaithersburg MD service center and it's always 2-3 months out. Mobile appointments are down to a couple weeks out. They are opening a new SC in Northern VA so hopefully that will cut down on wait times.

A company's service quality is based on the overall quality of service. If it's uneven with a large number of owners complaining about bad service, that means it's bad. Some people having a positive experience doesn't mean overall quality of service the company is providing is good. A company...

I think this is one of those things that if you tried fixing it yourself you could have just cleaned out the connectors, but the service center wouldn't want to take on that liability / risk.
