I know a couple people locally that own Rivians, but I don't know if they are on this forum. I'll ask about their interest next time I speak with them. 👍
I was just at a fast charger, and received around 56 kWh from the pedestal (EA reported 56.104 and truck reports 56.8). Truck reports 55.7 delivered to the battery (0.9 to temps and 0.2 to accessories). At 135 kWh pack, I'm expecting something like 41% to have been added to the battery. However...
A bit late to this thread, but yes, this has been happening to me as well. I thought it might be a configuration issue on my old Pixel 5, but my new Pixel 7 has the same problem, as does my wife's Pixel 7 Pro. It might be only an issue with the Pixels, because it is annoying as heck, and surely...
My R1T was caught in hail, PDR fixed it all. $26k, covered by insurance, but every panel needed repair. Amazingly, not a single dent in the tonneau. Those slats must be damn tough.
I also wonder about the battery optimization, though I have my app on unrestricted. When proximity works for me (which it really hasn't at all for over a month), it rarely seems to work unless I unlock the phone first. But I'm sure I've had it work without unlocking the phone, so it can't be a...
So back in September, they told me they knew there was an issue on their end with the Pixel and that they were fixing it. I thought it was going to be a fix to the app, but apparently there must have been an issue with the truck software, since the release a few days ago mentioned Pixel 5 in the...
I got the boat all tucked up with a cover, and the efficiency appears to have gone up to about 1.5 mi/kWh at 60mph - meaning 25% increase in range. I haven't tested the other speeds yet.
I believe it's 3250 lbs dry with the trailer. Honestly I don't think weight is the issue, it's more a question of aerodynamics. I suspect if I could tightly cover the boat, efficiency would do better.
Sea-Doo Switch, 21'. I was pulling a 30' pontoon boat in the past and getting about 1mi/kWh. Same it seems for this boat, more or less. 330 miles total and one leg had 113 miles between charges. I was doing 60mph on that stretch, but 20 miles out it looked like I had extra so I sped up to 70mph...
Spoke with customer service tonight. They confirmed that there is a problem with the Rivian app and Android 13. According to the person I talked to, it's definitely a problem in the Rivian app itself and they will be releasing an update soon. Fingers crossed! ??
I'm still having trouble after the android patch, dated September 5, 2022 (Pixel 5).
I had a weird success after I deleted all my Bluetooth devices except the "Rivian Phone Key". Oddly enough, the app was telling me my phone was NOT a key at that point, and yet PaaK was working, including...
Ok, so PAAK is not working again for me. Definitely not "starting" the truck, but also this time it's not even unlocking. Maybe it's a phone
(or Android) problem, but tonight I also couldn't get in to the truck even with the key card. It did open after a couple minutes, but I don't know if it...
