As itās occurring across both vehicles- I think we can safely determine that the EVSE is at fault.
Hopefully Rivian will be nice and extend a warranty to that for you.
This is not in your wall garden ecosystem - but itās the most simple and validated if you are really that concerned.

And heres their latest from 6 months ago - the only issue with the system is that requires a meter collar right now.
Many PUDs wonāt allow meter collars.
The Universal standard is there. Itās been finalized for over three years now.

There is zero reason for V2H inverter chargers not to already exist. The likely migration from 1772/CCS to NACS is just a scapegoat for recent delays the communication protocol is standardized...
Yeah - bought a cheap set off Amazon a few years ago; generic with a nerf footbal like texture. They have saved more than few items from forever loss.
They are no longer available for sale so I canāt link you to the item - but they are generic seat, gap filler wedges.
When you disconnect from tow mode, it also turns them back on - which is very annoying for me as I have a swingaway spare tire carrier so every time Iām done towing I have to go back in and disable the rear sensors š
Whatās going on with your license plate light? Do you have a battery light attached over the the other Rigād provided light?
