Rivian has been stunningly good about meeting their stated deadlines.

I would assume that "August" means "by the end of August." Meaning that ordering will be availalble by August 31. Safer that way, and there's alwasy a chance I will be pleasantly suprised!

Be aware there are income limits to that. NO dedection if your income is over a certain amount.

During my test drive, the Rivian folks said there would be some sort of clip-in shade available soon. I am in Dallas, and so was interested to see that the window did seem to have a good tint on it from the factory.

A simple solution would be an app that allows me to control what the connector does. A connector inside an ugly locked box is not simple or attractive. Not gonna do that. I want a software solution. Don’t like that option.
