I am an employee...that's my proof ;). I didn't come here to talk about a preview update, I came here to share my experience and hopefully give some extra detail that was not able to be provided by anyone previous to my reply. I thought I was an edge case, until I stumbled upon this thread.

@MarkNorman I should add that I was told the amperage offset only reduces the power by .9kW, so I argued that this is not the reason why we are seeing such a drastic reduction in power to the vehicle. I have raised this again with the team. I'll check back in if I get additional feedback.
