When I first bought my Rivian, I was still new to the ev scene. I had a Tesla very briefly, and bought one of their charging boxes. When I switched to my Rivian, I knew I would need an adapter. Jumped on Amazon and bought a relatively cheap one. I've been using it with no issues for over a year...

I believe it is a v1 I've used it twice and never had a single issue with it. The v2 was designed to make the lock easier but again never had an issue with it the couple times I used it.

Went to get in my truck today, I usually have the heat set to auto and usually 68. However today with it being still set on auto, it had the fans to full blast, and i noticed the windows were fogging up. I tried to fiddle with the settings and tried a soft reset, but the problems persists...

I think a lot of these surveys are pulled for every single time a car gets brought to the service center. So if you had a squeaky speaker cover, that goes against reliability. Which is stupid and the reason its not bringing down satisfaction.

Hell yea, nothing is perfect its more about what the product does for you. And my R1T covers just about every single base. They also say ev's don't have a soul I think that is completely different with this brand.
