I’m in Texas and picked up an R1S about two months ago. When signing the paperwork, I had the option to buy the Rivian care, but I really couldn’t understand what the coverage included.
I skipped it, assuming I would be able to extend it later if needed. Ooops
The salesman on my test drive last week told me about the MagSafe charger coming in new vehicles so mine would have one.
When I accepted delivery a couple days later, it did not have it. Because I had this in writing, they are retro fitting my R1 for free.

Hey Friends, just a heads up, The Rivian app log in two Factor authentication server is down.
If you are logged in, make sure you don’t log out until the system is back up and running.
I confirmed this with their technical support.
