Follow up, had the front license plate bracket installed this morning.
The front camera view is not obstructed at all. The Birds Eye view has a slight shadow on the front bumper but much less than the R1S and does not impact the function at all.
With the R2 will have to see in reality what it is in normal driving. My R1S has always been closer to EPA numbers than my Model S. We just picked up the R2 so I’ll reserve judgement on it until we get some real miles in it.
There is no EPA test doing sustained 80 mph highway driving. I do...
With a list like that seems like you should walk away. Pretty sure you will not be happy with your purchase, especially with your number 8 thinking it is already a high priced vehicle.
Save your self some stress and get something else. I would never purchase a vehicle that I had to talk...
I have no concerns using a Tesla SC with my Rivians. The R2 we just got last week and honestly have not charged it anywhere yet.
My R1S I have road tripped several times since the SC network opened up. I have charged over 100 times across the country at Superchargers, never had a disabling...
I could not see the R2 until we picked ours up and then it was available as a selection.
My suggestion, if you want to play around with routes, use (ABRP) they have an app you can put on your phone or tablet, there is also a web site you can use on a PC.
I’ve done many long trips in my EVs...
Will be interesting if they have to drop the pack. According to the Monroe video about the battery, all of the electronics were moved to an area in the back and on top of the battery pack that is accessible from the cargo area without dropping the pack.
It will depend on how much driving is done on each. We had 2 for the last 3.5 years, have 3 now that we got an R2. We do not need to charge them everyday so we just use the one charger and charge one at a time.
If you find that they each will need to be charged daily you have a couple of...
I think they are less sensitive. Did a test drive a couple of weeks ago before the latest update. Seems like it was harder to push and pull without scrolling than the one we picked up this week with the latest build.
Sounds to me like the test unit was not running correctly. The R2 we just picked up on a day completely sunny in the mid 80s was perfectly comfortable in a few minutes and I never had it on high. We actually turned the fan down halfway into my 8 mile drive home. The one we test drove was a...
Have you tried killing the app and rebooting the phone? Have you tried a full reboot of the Rivian?
We have an iPhone Pro Max 14 and 17, they are working normally with a G1 R1S and an R2.
