My daughter pointed out that the front seat seatbelt buckles have a bit of what looks like felt for Velcro stuck to them (see pic) on my 2025 R1S (took delivery in September’24). I had not noticed before. Any ideas why this is there? There is nothing on the center console to stick this too.

I felt the same (“sounds muddy”) when I picked up my Gen2 a few weeks ago. But once I signed up for the Apple Music trial and listened to songs using that as the source, I noticed an improvement.
They added an internal camera back to Gen2. It’s in the rearview mirror.

What’s the difference between a soft reset and a reset? Only way I’ve been able to fix the issue is with a hard reset.
There is hope. Mine (R1S dual motor, max pack, forest green paint, ocean coast interior) became ready for purchase on August 10 after being purchase opens in 1-2 weeks for 15 days. Prior to that, my status also was configuration confirmed with no timeline. The timeline disappeared for me shortly...
