  1. Any experience with Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent SL 275/65 20?

8500 miles on my Ascents - LT 275/65-20. Still very quiet. I live in the mountains. They have seen plenty of off-roading and I’ve never had a noticeable traction issue. I guess it’s possible to get an even more aggressive tire that would provide even more off-road traction, BUT there is a price...
  2. OS 2026.31 Arriving today!

Not necessarily so. I’m not a YouTuber or influencer and I received the update yesterday. I think the rollout is a bit random. Sometimes, I get it early. Other times, not so much.
  3. OS 2026.31 Arriving today!

Got my update installed and spent a little time relearning everything. It does seem like a worthwhile update, with some interesting and useful features. I do have one question, however. How the heck does one zero out the Current Drive display on the Drivers Display? It seems to have a mind of...
  4. Bridgestone Dueler Ascent A/T (SL) Thoughts

Yeah, I’m impressed with their efficiency. I was prepared to take a bit of a hit. I should also note that I have been running with my RTT mounted since May and still getting 2.34 m/kWh. I’m about to take my RTT off, so efficiency may tick up a bit. I surely wasnā€˜t doing any better with the OEM...
  5. Comma Extreme Dev Kit NOW AVAILABLE

I have tried OPM10V3 and I agree it is one of the better ones, that I have tried. I actually saved it on my Favorites list. Still not as good as North Nevada, however. I think North Nevada is better on turns and hard to beat on those rural roads.
  6. Comma Extreme Dev Kit NOW AVAILABLE

Iā€˜ve tried most of the models, including CD210. However, based on otherā€˜s positive experience, I decided to give CD210 one more shot. Honestly, it was unacceptable. On those sweeping left hand turns, it crossed right over the double yellow lane divider lines. On rural, unmarked, sketchy roads...
  7. Comma Extreme Dev Kit NOW AVAILABLE

I have the Comma 4, without the longitudinal upgrade. I’m running the ap-staging branch with the North Nevada V2 model and, while there is room for improvement, I’m pretty darn happy with that setup. I was really looking forward to the latest XNOR upgrade, but, like you, Iā€˜m not seeing a lot of...
  8. 2022 R1T battery decline 304 to 284

ā€˜23 R1T QM with 20ā€ AT tires and 34K miles. Charged to 70% usually gives an estimated 203 miles. Charge to 100% shows an estimated 284 miles. These numbers have never changed. What do it mean 🤷 Does this indicate no or minimal battery degradation or what?
  9. 20" Inch Brake pads shot at 50k?

Disable blended braking. Who needs it? To me, it always seemed like a good way to burn up brake pads. It may be activating more than you realize. I drive in the mountains a lot. Shortly after blended braking arrived in an update, I disabled it. My brake lights were constantly going on and off...
  10. Gen 1 2022 R1T - and a Comma 4 - my experience

The Comma 4 is amazing! Since installing it on my ā€˜23 R1T earlier this year, I rarely go anywhere without having it enabled. This is my first experience with a self-driving vehicle, so I had no idea what to expect. Well, what a difference!!! I’m still running it without the XNOR upgrades. It...
  11. Comma Extreme Dev Kit NOW AVAILABLE

It sounds like you don’t have Xnor’s new angle based steering upgrade. That is what I am interested in. If it is lane hugging on straight roads, you may have to adjust the camera offset a wee bit. I had to do this as my truck wanted to favor the center line a bit too much. This can be done on...
  12. Comma Extreme Dev Kit NOW AVAILABLE

šŸ¤·šŸ¼ waiting for some reviews. Where are they? I’m considering this upgrade, but concerned that it is really worth the bucks. I’m pretty happy with my Comma 4, as is, with AP-staging and North Nevada Model V2.
  13. Still enjoying our Rivian after 3+ years

I just love my ā€˜23 R1T QM Adventure series. I now have about 33,000 miles on it - off road, on road, in the snow, everywhere. It’s still THE most capable and enjoyable vehicle I have ever owned, and I’ve had a bunch. After all this time, there’s nothing I enjoy more than a good drive, any drive...
  14. Adventure Pilot using Comma AI - review by Out of Spec

Thanks, Gerry. But, I think I’ll just wait. Honestly, I love my Comma and it seems to work pretty well for my needs, but always room for improvement.
  15. Adventure Pilot using Comma AI - review by Out of Spec

I guess I’ll wait until they come up with that branch switcher. Thanks.
