Do you know which key and gain match they ran?

If they ran the 0 gain. I’d recommend running it flat, and adjusting from there. I’ve actually felt that running the 0 is a very mild intensity.

Sounds like they didn't run the Gain and Key match then. Probably just set the gain and called it done. May want to reach out to them on that.

The amp being defective sounds like a possibility to me. As for the sleep state. We don’t change anything in relation to the vehicle itself. We only tap power from the battery and an output signal from audio. Vehicle won’t sleep with Gear Guard on. No issues for sleep state across numerous...

Sounds like a grounding issue. Also did you set the amp the way I stated? That way it turns off without a signal?
