I'm still a little bit confused about charging and could use some insight.
If I have to use a 110 outlet soon after delivery (until I get 240 installed), do I have to adjust the amps or will the R1T do it automatically? If I have to adjust, what do I adjust it to? (12 or 15?)
Meanwhile, my guide is unable to tell me any info about my truck's location or status...I just know it's built. Idk if it's at El Segundo, en-route, etc...
I agree…I’m in the same boat, and it is frustrating having paid for something you don’t even know the location of. My guide isn’t able to tell me whether my truck has just left Normal or is at the SC!
What do you mean by pushed it on through? Is it still pending approval, but they opened Step 8? Or they marked it as approved because the confirmation was good enough….
Edit: My Steps 5&7 have officially been marked as approved. Wire was sent yesterday after cut-off (confirmation uploaded right...
My guide also said that the people who do the approvals for wires (and perhaps DL & insurance) are a part of a separate team.
It's good to know that your wire confirmation was approved within a day or so! That gives me hope for Monday.
My guide said that Step 8 can be unlocked even with 5&7 as pending approval, as uploaded confirmation is usually enough to allow the process to move forward.
I too am nervous, especially since the beneficiary address is incorrect (all numbers and names are correct though) :headbang: but I...
How long did it take for the uploaded wire confirmation to be approved in Steps 5 and 7 after you sent the wire? We’re you able to schedule delivery while 5 & 7 were pending approval?
Please do update everyone once you receive approval for the wire.
I just realized that the banker didn’t input a beneficiary address (just put NY, which is wrong but I don’t think it really matters)…Name, Account #, & Routing # are all correct though, thankfully. Hopefully it won’t be delayed!
My wire was sent out today...Wells to BofA too. I just uploaded proof of confirmation to Step 7 and emailed it to my guide as well. Hoping they confirm everything soon!
Ah, I see. I still haven't sent out the wire, but it's a good thing I saved the wire info yesterday when Step 7 was open.
I have a feeling we're all going to have to resign the contracts with OneSpan, not sure why I think that, but I hope I'm wrong.
The same thing is happening to me too...If I click on it, OneSpan just says that you've already signed. It's also locked my Step 7, but I'm doing a Wire Transfer (and that'll go out tomorrow...couldn't do it today).
