R1S was picked up here in Costa Mesa Rivian on Aug 2024. It's a Gen2 400mi pack, not LFP to my knowledge. We've done multiple hard resets due to other errors with the car, resetting the trip B doesn't help. It's going into service for other items on Tuesday so we'll see what the tech says.

I got my Gen2 back at the beginning of august and said ALL of these things and everyone on this board gave me crap for it I had to bring my brand new vehicle back to the service center immediately after taking delivery and they never fixed the car's problems. Rivian has been going downhill!
