This is a good question that I haven't had a chance to really deep-dive on yet. BUT, given that pure white noise of FM radio has the same high end roll-off, I think it's their equipment.

Yup, I dealt with a bad/old breaker on my oven as mentioned by @Zoidz . Once I replaced it things were fine.

Which EVSE do you have? Also, is your circuit wired with a GFCI breaker? They are known to cause issues with EV charging. That is a key reason why many people recommend hard wiring the EVSE because code doesn't require GFCI breaker on hard wire installs.

This is my theory as well and I said the exact same to Kyle Connor last weekend. I don't think I will ever get 39.03 since my R1S isn't experiencing any of the issues. I expect my next one to be 43.01
