That’s a deal breaker for me. There’s a Tesla service center here in Bend and they’re easy to work with. No way do I have time to take my car to Portland for service. Absurd. I’ll be canceling my order. Too bad.

Thanks, Steve. Do you know if this includes body work? I've had Teslas for the past 6+ years. Initially, they allowed us to take them to local body shops for repairs. Now, unless it's a very minor repair, they want to do the body work themselves.

Yes, I leased in December 2019. It does sound like that is the best option—to purchase the car and sell it used. Someone on the Tesla forum said they did that and actually made a profit on the sale of the Tesla even after two years of ownership.
