I have the GOAT fabrication sliders on my r1t. I've taken it to both the lake Forest and Costa Mesa service centers for suspension service without any issues.

I watched the video. We don't know if the truck was properly aired down. Like someone in this thread said, seem like they were going a little slow and got stuck. Looks like the rivian driver had no recovery gear. Traction recovery boards would have got him out of there. No problem.
