Pros: arguably a higher sidewall (like you would get from stepping down from a 22 to a 20) will have better snow performance. Also the higher sidewall will give the wheel more protection against pothole damage. cons: aesthetics will be diminished (arguably). For my R1S, I retained my OEM 22...
