X-Cares Response to that came in pretty quickly: I get the pushback, but that's not how contracts work. They aren't frozen at signing. A company's own statements and conduct after the fact can modify, waive, or add to the deal. And this wasn't some random person on a forum sharing an opinion...

On the X-Care, can you possibly give the page/paragraph for that? I am not finding it.
