OK rivian engineer was able to get me up and going again. Just in case anybody was wondering how to restart your tuck you hold the left depad on the steering wheel and the hazard lights. The screen will pop up restarting then you can let them go. after that they push the firmware again and it took.

Right now she doesn’t move….. i’m going to give them a call this morning and see if they can do a reboot like the Teslas can. I’m assuming it’s going to be similar to you holding the buttons on the steering wheel. I’ll be sure to post whatever the processes is.

I don’t know if anybody else is having this problem but my frunk thinks something is in the way when it’s not.
