Called Rivian CS and they were able to fix the issue. Seems the charger was locked to lower amperage so the pushed a fix over the air. They said it was a know but. Now getting 22mph. Thank you all

It was like 29 % and I had just driven it home so I don’t think it was cold. Charging in garage

Hello, I just got my R1T and had the rivian wall charger installed. It’s on 6awg wiring 60a circuit, dip switches on the charger set to 48a. R1T screen set to receive 48 amps. When I plugged in the charger, it went down to 14 amps. Anyone have this issue before? Thanks
