I tried that but no luck. After an initial assessment that I would have to take my truck to the nearest service center (an hour drive), a mobile tech is now coming to me on Friday. I also picked up a free rental car last week.

Dark-Fx thanks for the advice! I was able to find it and use it to open the door. However, the message and chime (once a second) were not cleared. Still waiting on an appt with the service center. Talked to Vehicle Service today and they are trying to escalate.

If you’re near the Annapolis area I used RE Robertson and they did a great job. They also had to run power from one side of my house to the other.

Have you tried setting it not to auto-unlock/lock when you’re at home? They added this option for this very issue. I can’t recall exactly where the setting is in the truck menu at the moment but it should be easy to find.

Ha Ha well I can’t really answer that for you. I’ve been married for 35 years and my wife and I picked out our tree this year as we have every year ? She does like the truck a lot though.

Just had a mobile service appt on 1/12. My service tech said he heard they are having issues getting permits for the Gaithersburg service center. It is planned to be the long-term site in the area but they are setting up a short-term service center in College Park until Gaithersburg is ready...

I had my recall service appt yesterday. The tech said the Gaithersburg site has to be built out so it’s not scheduled to open until April.
