Hey - to echo @Sojhinn - what's the URL you're trying to visit that you're seeing as down? Everything is working fine on our end, but if there's a specific page that's borked I want to get it fixed!
Mate, I don’t know what to tell you. Everyone here is suggesting that it’s not a “universal Rivian build problem” and likely just an issue with your truck that you could open a service ticket for and have resolved. You’re getting (rightfully) thrashed for knocking Rivian for failing to...
Have used many trailers varying from new to old using 7 pin to 4 pin adapters. Have never had an issue. Have used both LED and non-LED lights.
Are you sure you're plugging it in all the way? Does the Rivian recognize that a trailer is connected? (Should pop in to trailer mode).
Just to confirm what @Sojhinn said - I got the new sets counted in to inventory this morning and added back up to the site!

Let me know if you've any issues with the order =)
@Condor @Prime - there’s some… interesting choices made with the overall vehicle architecture as I understand it. They have to individually do a firmware level update across a variety of different modules (think cameras, gps, navigation, speedometer, etc. all with distinct separate hardware...
Hey All,
Just ordered an initial run of shirts!
You can see the details (and order) here.
Will get some shots of Steve modeling them as soon as they come in - currently slated for August 4th.
Thanks!
Yeah...I didn't attach the last couple because I wasn't sure exactly how they should be positioned. I saw how the install went on another persons' and where I thought it should go didn't do anything for them. Will do some more testing and learning to figure out where to apply them when NOT on...
I went down there back in February () and we attacked those exact puddles with vim and vigor while they still had ice chunks floating in them. 0/3 of our trucks had issues. This is probably an unexpected failure of OP’s truck, rather than a design issue with the vehicle.
My guess is water...
I have both a Polestar 2 and R1T. Polestar is the most fun I've had driving a "sports car" style vehicle. It spanks the pants off the Model 3 Performance / Model S / Lucid if you want to feel like you're driving a dynamic and exciting go-kart.
I wouldn't ever replace an R1 with a P*2, but they...
'sup @Leonbmx! Was good to hang out - hope your trip was awesome! I *will* make that pilgrimage to the motherland someday... =)
As @Sojhinn mentioned, and honestly triggered on my end by your suggestion that felt ISN'T the greatest long-term solution - we ended up sourcing some silicone...
I will say: if you're planning on doing more than just the ditch lights (e.g. eventually a light bar or some other 12V accessory) - you may still want to order that Trigger4. I could see us eventually going that route too if we find some other 12V controllable accessories.
Was also team flush - but I'm currently rocking this plate in my truck and am loving it. Would I still love a rubber mat that was completely flush like the OEM one? Yes. If that aesthetically was 10/10 for me, this is a solid 9.5. The lip is a non-issue once you get it plugged in. I will say...
@electruck4x4 - I'm wearing out my F5 key over here! Hope the install all went as well as possible and you've got some dope shots coming out for us s00nish!
