Got a notification from the SC that they found leaks at 2 output seals, so they are doing that as well.

They indicated I should have it back today, but likely tomorrow.

Picked up my G1 R1S Sunday from the SC, and dropped the G2 R1T.....

I was both excited, and sad to get out of the G2. I came to the realizaztion that I hate Rivian Blue of that G2, and I missed the power, and the sound system of my G1..

But mostly will miss the HFAD (Hands Free Autonomous Driving) to a point. Sometimes it would scare the crap out of me, and with my wandering eye, the system was always complaining. But it was nice to use when all the things aligned correctly.

As much as it complained about my wandering eye, I dont know if I can ever get a HFAD vehicle and be happy with it, or maybe the Rivian is just ultra sensitive about it.

That is something that is for sure on my radar. I was originally planning on trading out my R1 because I thought the warranty was coming to an end this year. I had completely forgot that I had the 5yr/60k warranty. So now I am keeping my R1 for 2 more years.

Still not confirmed with that thou, as the R2 has things I am tempted with, just not sure I am going to get the R2 yet.

I am also planning on removing my fixed running boards. The Loaner R1 did not have them, and I found that getting in and out was much easier for me. So I may just take the drivers side off, or? Still thinking.
