Gear tunnel sleds that easily remove w/legs for use as camp table?

Unless I’m missing a sled option, I don’t see any where the sled itself is easily removable with legs to use as a camp table. Anyone know of any? All the ones I see are bolted in and at best have a leg only on one end.

They aren't designed to do this; they have been improving the sleds to be stiffer and not need the leg. Many are designed for quick release so you can use GT for other things. I'm not certain what you're trying to accomplish, but maybe a foldable table with/without sink integration and an induction top or other standalone appliance will accomplish what you want. There are lots of companies making portable camp tables with 4-leg leveling and sink/faucet integration, and a handful making full portable kitchen setups of varying quality.
Personally, I use a foldable camp table with a stand-alone cooktop/air fryer/skillet, depending on what I'm cooking, but having the tailgate as a table, the only value of the table is to clear up access to the bed and allow me to put my kitchen far away from the truck, to the limits of my extension cord. On some trips, I leave the table at home and cook everything from the tailgate.

Just looking for a camp table that doubles as gear tunnel sled. Or gear tunnel sled that doubles as a camp table. Something that I can leave at the campsite when camping, but can be useful as gear tunnel sled when not camping.

I do have a folding camp table for holding my cooktop/fryer/cooler next to my trailer under its awning for access to the 120V on the trailer, but it takes up space in the bed of the pickup. I'd rather have something that "takes up no space" on its own, while being useful when not camping.

You might have to take one of the existing ones and modify or add to it. Electrified Overland's has a optional molle panel that a custom-made-by-you table could strap to, without sacrificing too much cargo capacity.

I vaguely recall the canceled factory gear sled could have doubled as a table.
