There is a lot of brown in the Rivian Canyon Red. We saw it at the First Mile event in Los Angeles. Rivian only had a body panel. We took it out in the sun and decided against it. We have other RED cars and this was not a red for us.I currently have LA Silver for my R1T order, but I'm wondering if Canyon Red is close to the Magnetic Red of my 1999 Corvette. Hmmmmm.... decisions, decisions...
I have an important question regarding Canyon Red… why is it that some of you insist on calling it “Red Canyon”?
I must contend that “red” is the noun in this case and “canyon” is the adjective; therefore, the only logical conclusion is that it must be referred to as Canyon Red. That’s all for today.

That's awesome, where did you see that? We were so close last fall when we went to Bryce, but we drove in from the east side. If we ever get our red canyon R1S I'll be sure to visit there! It’s named after a place.

Where did you see it? You can't just drop that nugget with no context! In the cloudy morning yesterday, it appeared more orange red than just red.
I saw one today in Atlanta. It was very cloudy (just rained) and it looked a very orange red. I need to see it in sunlight to see if it chameleon’s to a more red color. These photos I took still makes it look red but it was definitely more orangey. Need to personally decide if it is for me. I have a Carmine Red colored car that does turn slightly darker when it is cloudy but not this orangey. Thoughts?Where did you see it? You can't just drop that nugget with no context!
