I didn't write down numbers, but after years of driving I have an instinct on what to expect. I've had two e-bikes crosswise on a hitch carrier, and four Amish bikes in the bed with the Rivian tailgate pad. Each have been driven 20-40 minutes/miles at speeds from 45-75. There is definitely more power usage with the hitch carrier. When I do two e-bikes in the bed it also seems to have low impact, but I paid less attention to that.

I realize this is not exactly what was being asked, but this is why I do best to find a way to pack stuff in gear tunnel and inside cab. Put bikes on tailgate pad with multiple locks. This is the smallest aero impact I believe.

Then put other things around bikes in bed that are non-essential low value items that, if stolen, would not make me too upset. My love for my mountain bikes is unhealthy. With this setup on road trips, despite my worrying, multiple chains and locks visible has prevented anyone from messing with them. I do pass a cable through the saddle rails to secure the dropper to a locked chain.

Two motorcycles (dual sport and ADV) in bed I'm seeing a hit of 25% or more. Gonna run some test with my dual sport on a hitch next and hoping for less of a hit.
I have taken dual-sport (KTM EXC) on a hitch rack for long drives on freeway (to So.Cal) and see 15-20% hit (2.1-2.2) vs (2.5).

Any chance you have a picture of that setup with two in the bed? I've carted 1 big Adv around plenty (GSA & KTM Super Adventure), but am not picturing how you'd fit two in at the same time...
KTM 790R and Dual Sport- I took the windscreen off and the mirrors trying to help- and back in 2022 the Fort McDermitt charge station was slow (no Tesla)- ended up sweating things in Boise with 4 miles of range after drafting semis' and slowing down to 55 mph !

good call on the bed access with the hitch on. I need to play with that and look to see if a drop hitch receiver would help with that.
We had a drop hitch receiver for a while to help with this issue. But we now use a swing arm so that we can access the bed. We often have up to 4 bikes, a RTT and a bed full of gear making the swing arm clutch.

Here's the swing arm we use:
