Are you an installer of ChargePoint EVSEs/stations?

o.chargepoint.com is the web portal for *PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICIANS/INSTALLERS*. If you just use ChargePoint public charging stations or have a personally-owned home ChargePoint EVSE, this doesn't affect you at all.

They're just replacing the installer website with an app. The "consumer/user" experience isn't changing at all.

My in-laws installed a ChargePoint home charger for us to use when we visit (they don't have an EV yet) and I had to create a Professional account and swear I was a certified electrician (I'm not) in order to configure the unit and get it to work. I think I had received an email from them a couple months ago warning me that the professional access was going away - I didn't worry about it because after I got it working I never needed that access again.

just download the app and setup an account. The app allows you to register and control the flex.
