No. I expect them to 1) anticipate needs and plan for them (spare parts), and 2) if providing an individual to guide the repair process to have a clue what’s going on. She didn’t. And as I said, I’m sure I wasn’t the only one waiting months. Obviously she wouldn’t be changing production plans. But, she could have argued for a temporary replacement for me. BMW had some similar issues. They provided loaners to those affected. In summary, I paid close to $60k for a new car that suffered $12k of damage in a 5 or so mph parking lot accident that took 7 months to repair. You probably have different expectations, but for me, that wasn’t good enough. So, I voted with my pocketbook.Hyundai is a massive company. It sold over 4 million cars in 2025. You expect one customer service rep to have power to change its production plans... for just you? C'mon.
