Sorry, not mad just LMAO because people are so hinged over a post that was meant to say RIVIANs SC are crap and for those looking to buy one I wouldn’t do it. This post was not meant for current owners just those doing the research about buying one. I could care less what people think because i wasn’t asking for an opinion. This is what is so funny. I am shocked I even got feed back it was a statement I made. Love or hate the Rivian I couldn’t care less. Some people were nice, some were rude, some wanted to nurture me, some wanted to clarify someone else’s reply, some think they are really really smart, some think I am idiot, some think the value is the best, I can go on and on.

Well I am glad you care about my post for posting but I didn’t make people come unhinged, I think the Rivian has horrible service centers. Like you said this forum is about what people think. I thunked and posted, I unhinged the world of Rivian owners who knew:)

I might not have in your opinion but coming unhinged for a simple post is truly the craziest thing I have seen for a long time. When I dont agree on other forums I just ignore and move on but this forum has deep opinions that need to be shared when they don’t like what someone posts. I feel special in some sort of weird way :)

your post is your opinion, experience and all other responses, the same. You are posting in a public forum, so you should expect all types of replies. In the end each person decides what to make of it.

Like I said in your other post. I hope the service does not take a big dip with the release of the R2, it might not bode well for Rivian, and us owners. even those of us with lower expectations(though not fans) than what you seem to have. And no, not all of my service experiences with Rivian have been good.

I was sorry that people got so hinged not for the post. This forum feels like they should reply and they have and as they should if they feel like it. I replied back because most were hinged for some reason. That is crazy. Not normal in my opinion.

Based on my vast experience of exactly two Service Centers (Portland and Bellevue), I think "the Rivian" has WONDERFUL service centers. Not saying they're all wonderful -- I've been on this forum long enough to know better -- but I'd caution all of us against overgeneralizing based on limited experience.

My current impressions, based on input from all, is that: (1) Service Centers' nationwide backlog has recently been improving. (2) Service Centers' personal relationship with customers is still uneven, but appears to be generally improving. (3) Customer satisfaction with loaners and alternative transportation appears to be declining. (4) Everyone is speculating about the effect of R2 on service quality.

My personal experience has been superb throughout, but I understand that everyone's experience is different. As @tate16t said, "It’s all about what people think." We have much more insight as a group than any of us does individually.

I can read a post agree and disagree with it and rarely reply on one. Seems like a lot of you post a reply on anything that they disagree with and like, that’s great but relax don’t get so hung up on a post and get hinged, it just shows your mental stability.

I’ve never understood the uproar over the rental. If they are paying for gas, why do I care if it’s an ICE? Or if they give me another Rivian, who cares if it’s not the exact one I own.

It’s all temporary to help out.

I never had my gas paid for on a rental.

I never had my gas paid for on a rental.
In my situation the SC is an hour away, before I signed the dotted line I asked if they provide a rental on warranty work, because I use my car for work they said yes and it may not be a Rivian but you can get a rental. My first warranty work they provided me a rental, which great. No one should ever expect gas to be paid, but that might be a fun post just to see most of these rivian owners get unhinged. Ok, stop LMAO I have to pee……
