Just sharing my experience.

Yesterday my R1S needed service. The drivers door handle was not working properly, light and card reader malfunctioning. Additionally the last software update refused to install on my vehicle. I contact service, got an appointment within 3 days of inquiring. Showed up on time, checked in and was given a R1T as a loaner. The folks checking people in were super friendly and informative but told me it could take 2 days to resolve if they have to order parts for the door. No big deal since I have a loaner.

Was informed via the APP that my vehicle was ready, in less than 24 hours and I could pick my vehicle up. Was just a simple wiring harness issue for the door and the update was successfully installed. Super nice folks, easy process and as has been my experience for over 3 years, Rivian takes care of us owners.

Just to pile on with another great service center experience at this same location - R1S was diagnosed as needing an alignment (from what I've read this is common) - they offered me a loaner car, enterprise was onsite but I decided to wait the 4hrs - Alex, gave me access to the conference room so I could work in a quiet space. 5 stars, would recommend!
