Rivian and Caruso Announce Expanded Partnership

Partnership Includes Portfolio-Wide ‘Rivian Adventure Network’ Charging, Signature Event Sponsorship and Two New Showrooms
Today Rivian Automotive, Inc., (NASDAQ: RIVN) an American automotive manufacturer, and Los Angeles-based real estate development and hospitality company Caruso, announced an expanded partnership. The multi-year collaboration expands Rivian’s footprint in Southern California with two new showrooms, a presenting sponsorship of the annual “Christmas at The Grove” holiday spectacular, and over 150 public DC fast chargers to be rolled out across Caruso portfolio over the next year.
The partnership builds upon Rivian’s existing presence at The Grove in Los Angeles and The Americana at Brand in Glendale, and will also include property-wide activations, vehicle displays, demo drives and free parking for Rivian owners enrolled in Caruso Signature across the portfolio.

Rivian Adventure Network – More than 150 chargers will be installed across Caruso properties, rolling out over the next year. Rivian’s reliable network of DC fast chargers is available to all EVs and powered by 100% renewable energy.
Two New Showrooms – Two new showrooms will debut in 2026, with locations including The Commons at Calabasas and The Americana at Brand in Glendale. Designed with a gallery-like sensibility, each space will offer curated programming and private experiences to follow throughout the year.
Ride and Drives – Ride and drive activations will be hosted year-round across the Caruso portfolio, including locations in Los Angeles, Glendale, Calabasas, Marina Del Rey and Thousand Oaks.
Free Annual Parking for Rivian Owners – Rivian owners enrolled in Caruso Signature will continue to receive free annual parking at all Caruso properties.
Presenting Partner, 25th Annual Christmas at The Grove – Rivian also extends its presenting sponsorship of the annual Christmas at The Grove Tree Lighting Celebration, one of LA’s most anticipated holiday moments.
