Audi SQ6 etron joined the family

Nice! I still really like my Audi. It's really well built. A super Autobahn burner.

It's on. $69K Polestar 3 with 350 miles of range coming in 2025.

If you want a two row rivian, buy an R1t. I use the third row off and on. Not right now... because it's a front wheel drive mini van at the moment with a broken rear drive unit.

KIA Tasman. And some think the R1 look weird.

Yea this is definitely going after the Hilux and LC series for third world countries as a less expensive option. ICE manufacturers are looking where to go next as the two biggest markets are shrinking to EVs (USA/China).

2026 Scout SUV & Pickup shapes shown before imminent debut

I think the range extender is powered by spare inventory VW bug motors lol. Anyway looks super cool. I'd buy one especially with the offroad chops that it has. Loss of the third row is a bummer but my kids have their own cars now too. Software definitely echoes Rivian.

Abandoned Fisker HQ in disarray. Magnet for squatters.—KTLA5

I saw a diner where one day the boss said we are closing and everyone is fired. Employees walked out the door leaving plates of food on the tables. Stayed that way for weeks.

What shoud l buy R1S, Hummer SUV or Gravity Update: R1S Tri motor ordered

I just have the spare tossed in there without any of the factory hardware so I have more space. It's not going anywhere. I have pucks, a packed tool bag, tall HF Jack and wheel chocks down there. The parking brake only brakes the back wheels compared to a 4wd truck so off-road lifting might be...

2025 Hummer EV SUV 3X vs. Rivian R1S Quad Ascend: Maximum Effort (Motortrend Comparison Review)

35" AT vs pilot sports and a lot more weight. The two are certainly set up different. I was shocked by the .88 skid pad number on the S! If I decide to stay with street tires, those (front) pilots would be a great option. I had S4s on my Audi and they are great, except they only last 25k.

What shoud l buy R1S, Hummer SUV or Gravity Update: R1S Tri motor ordered

You definitely know what you'd be getting with an R1S since you have a T. Basically three row with better maneuver ability. I've driven the quad but have a hard time utilizing all the power even in normal mode on the dual performance. For me, the max pack has been the most useful feature. That...

Cybertruck Hits 405kW Peak Charge Rate

I think the moral of the story is that 900v is faster but battery thermals are the critical limiter. Tesla has built in the future and they are always refining their cars. If they improve the battery thermals, the speed will improve. Next year they could introduce a new pack that's better.

Longest-Range Rivian R1S Versus Tesla Model X AWD -- North American Specifications Comparison

My friends with Model Ys tell me how they challenge themselves not to use the brake. I honestly have almost forgotten about the brake pedal unless there's a panic stop. The Regen on the 7000lb Rivian is so strong that I can be towing a 4000-5000 trailer down steep inclines and still not touch...

Cybertruck Hits 405kW Peak Charge Rate

That graph indicates 10-80 of about 36 minutes for the CT. Meanwhile our "half" as fast Rivians do it in 42 minutes. Apparently the Integral of the two charging curves is about 14% bigger on the CT.

Ford Ditches Electric SUV: Is it Time to Address the Elephant in the Room?

I completely agree but from a financial standpoint they are better than EVs and ice. Cheaper to buy and competitive enough in fuel economy cost per mile. This being for sedans at least. Money guides many. The hybrid SUV still sucks for fuel economy only getting a few mpg better than the pure ice...

Ford Ditches Electric SUV: Is it Time to Address the Elephant in the Room?

Exactly! People want an off road vehicle even when they'll never take it there. The Tacoma prerunner is the perfect example. All the look without all the go. But even forest gravel roads or snow conditions will attract people to more capable vehicles. I'd rather drive a Subaru down a bad forest...

Ford Ditches Electric SUV: Is it Time to Address the Elephant in the Room?

Tesla sells 10x what rivian does. Plenty of buyers will consider an R2 when looking at a model Y especially when it's off-road capable.

Decision time: Gen 2 R1T with 20% price voucher discount vs. F150 Lightning

Both are trucks that haul but how you plan to use it matters. The rivian has a small bed but more off road oriented. I'm a range kind of guy though both can fall back on Tesla.

    Cybertruck Laugh of the Day

I think it gives the CT the Wall-E look. My friend who took the shot said, "Only in Newport Beach would someone do that." I've actually seen some pretty cool colored wraps though it makes stainless kind of pointless.
