I'm glad to hear that. I had absolutely no vibration or steering wheel shake in over a 5 hour drive up north after this road force balance with my new Michelin tires on my 2024 R1S. The ride was smooth and the steering wheel didn't even shake once. It's truly down to the technician doing the...
I have stressed this over and over, the techs need to get the wheels and tires road forced balanced and no more than 10 lbs of road force on the front wheels and tires especially. My R1S had a slight vibration in the steering wheel on the 21s and Michelin Defenders MS2 tires and I went back in...
Michelins are definitely a step up. Smoother, quieter and much better traction in rain and snow. I noticed it immediately after dumping the Pirellis. I do notice that steering response has slightly gone down over the Pirellis when I first got it but its not as good and heavy weighted feeling...
Another reason why I never take any of my cars to big tire chain stores anymore. They dont calibrate their balancing machines often and are lazy plus do not do road force balancing. I have used tirerack for the past 10 years and have them delivered to my independent tirerack installers who have...
Another reason why I never take my cars to discount tire. I get my tires drop shipped from tirerack to my nearest tirerack installer which is more reputable and does everything correctly with road force balancing. Only take a discount car to discount tire tbh... Techs there are not as well...
They are available on tirerack.

I get all my tires from them and have them...
IMO I always have separate set of smaller 1 inch less diameter winter wheels and tires for my cars and SUVs including my Audi and BMW. I am confident that the 21s Michelins MS2 will be really good in the snow and ice and I wont have to switch to winters but its snowing soon here so I will...
I barely feel my heated seats on high when temps are below 40s here... Its medicore to say the least compared to any cars I have owned over 25 years.. Not sure if its a defect or not but I will have to try the passenger heated seat myself to see. Its lukewarm on high throughout my drives up to...
I find my heater pretty decent not as hot as my Audi or Ford Bronco but good enough so far down to the 30s but lets see when its in 10s or 20s here in Michigan.
Steering wheel is hot enough
Heated seats are so weak I barely feel it on high... Is there something wrong with it? I dont feel it much..
Sure. So if someone texts me it be nice to hear and read the texts at same time and respond if needed. Hearing loss is very different for everyone. I cannot explain to you how hard it is to listen and drive at times. I do have convo with people in the front but it's hard with road noise etc...
I have the Pilot Sport 4S on my 2021 Audi RS7 and I love them. I am at 16k miles with them and they are 40-50 percent worn. They ride and handle amazing I got more than 30k on 2 sets for my previous Audi A7 with the 20s. Tirerack says Michelin will be planning to release more sizes next spring...
What about people with hearing loss like me?? I cannot hear siri or android auto voicing the texts to me very well and I prefer to see and type the appropriate responses... This is one of the biggest caveat with this Rivian. My BMW, Audi and Mercedes allows me to voice respond the texts and...
I have the Kuat NV 2.0 and I love it! Its very expensive but so durable and worth it for my R1S. Because this car is so powerful you will need something to really lock down those bikes from swaying and potentially hitting the back door and bumper of the R1S.
I am getting average of 2.5 on the long distance highway driving with these Michelins on my 21s for the quad motor large battery pack R1S which is very good. City and highway average is 2.2 or so which isnt that much different from the pirellis.
Just to be aware the tires need break in period...
Thats exactly what happened to me few days ago. I had to go to the bathroom and I lifted myself up from the drivers seat when parking the car in the garage and when I stop to wait for the garage door to open the car went into park.
