Electrical engineer here and was about to comment similar on parking garage projects I've worked on. For example, I took a look at the structural drawings for a parking garage structure I recently worked on and it was designed for 40 pounds per square foot live load and 3,000 pound concentrated...
Non-launch R1T owner, I have 2 wristbands I was able to activate by submitting the request to the keys team. Service center wasn't involved at all and was all done remotely.
I've actually never used EVgo, but would agree that prices should be displayed more prominently in apps and at stations with screens. It should be clear what you are paying per kWh (or min where allowed) before you start charging.

Looks like the product page has been updated, no longer says sleds available for immediate shipment…..now just says shipping in June. Pretty sure the product page specifically said boxes would be shipping out in June before the update.
Ordered a complete kit! I’m about 2 miles from the ATL location, so if a local pick up makes more sense than shipping, just let me know and I can make that happen.
Got mine installed! Great packing and no damage like I’ve seen reported with some other brands. Took about 3 hours total to install, including unpacking and set up. No complaints and would highly recommend!
Got the shipping confirmation just a few hours after ordering yesterday and looks like they are arriving tomorrow. I was honestly expecting a week or 2 to get these, so definitely a nice surprise with the super fast dispatch!
Looks great! Did you do the install yourself? Seems like most people have no issues and in some ways the most frustrating part is pulling off the panels. Roughly how long was it from order to receiving?
I've got an impact and breaker bar, if needed. But, you reminded me I need to figure out were I put the 1/2" torque wrench after reorganizing the garage!
