In the android app there is a menu line at the bottom, with three icons - a Rivian icon, a map icon, and a human icon (there is probably a red dot next to it). Clicking on the human brings up your account - it will probably say you've got "New message."
I think it means you have new messages from Rivian. On the bottom line, there is an icon of a human - it probably also has a red dot next to it. Click on it.
I shocked by the original $3000 quote. Most people have said that Rivian has charged about $1800 to replace and calibrate.
Did you drive it any after windshield replacement, but before calibration? If so, did you notice any difference, or any function that wouldn't work?
Unless, for some reason, it would be extremely difficult to upgrade, it would make sense to do so. Rivian has a lot of these under warranty. If the latest iteration is substantially more robust, it will likely save them a good deal of money, over time. Not to mention improvement in customer...

Rivian service (on the phone this morning) assured me that they will be replacing my failed V1.5 PTC with the new V2 PTC, with the thinner slats. This is scheduled for 4-10-2025 (assuming the parts are there).
