I was able to reproduce on wifi. It finally came up after about 4 tries. I normally have no reason to check the cameras when parked in my garage so I hadn't noticed this before. I don't get this over cellular.
Being completely broken is actually a plus in terms of getting Rivian to fix whatever is wrong. When things are intermittent, it can be a pain to troubleshoot. Just keep in mind the problems you're having are NOT normal, something is wrong and it's most likely the vehicle given you've had issues...
Repairs in the shoulder are less likely to hold than in the tread, not worth the increased risk of a blowout (IMHO). Not doing anything is also not a good idea long term as you don't want moisture making its way into the internal structure of the tire and compromising its structural integrity.
Also, pay attention to the Alexa icon on the center display. If it is dark gray, she's offline. Wait until the icon is light gray indicating she is online before giving commands.
More often than not, when I get in my R1S, Alexa asks me what I would like for her to play. But I have a solid wifi...

The account is independent of the vehicle but as of 2024.43, the media accounts are tied to the driver profile. Did changing phones result in the creation of a new driver profile (I haven't had to do this yet myself) wiping out your previous Tidal login? I would expect that logging into Tidal...
I may have missed it but I didn't see mention of how you scheduled service with Rivian. For something critical like this, start with a phone call. They may have to reach out to the service center and call you back but they often seem to prioritize vehicles that are undrivable.
To restate and perhaps add to what others have already said, the accessory drawer opens and closes freely on slide rails attached to the drawer frame. The vehicle recognizes the drawer as an accessory and automatically locks upon insertion to secure the dock frame to the cradle. You only have to...
