Keep at it. I just got mine installed by mobile service after a few rescheduled appointments. Parts shortage was to blame. Took 2 hours in my driveway.

I was hoping this recent software update would resolve this issue but it seems to persist. I still just get the loading content message and unable to play anything on Apple music. When my wife gets back I'll try logging off and logging back in to the Apple account but not too hopeful.

Mine is not working for the last week also... Just "loading content". I've been scouring the web for any definitive solution and haven't found one. It seems like there's a group of us having this problem based on Reddit.

Did anyone ever find a solution for this? My wife's iPhone volume also gets stuck at max and we both can't stand it. Have had the R1T since June 24. Thanks

Quick tip: I've been aiming the front vent to direct cool air just over the top of the phones while charging and it keeps the temps in check. Not sure about winter yet...
