My R1T has been great. Easily the best vehicle I have ever owned. One minor issue was resolved without problem and Chelsea SC has been great. Sorry OP (and some others) didn't have a similar experience. Looking forward to adding an R3.
Completed. Agree with others on including descriptive anchors on the scale that reflect the item stem (frequency and strength). Additionally, your first item is really two items (or a select all that apply). One could answer Yes or No, and also be a R2 pre-orderer.

These held up really well in snowy (about 16 inches) and icy conditions last weekend (better than the wheel well latch that snapped off). Efficiency was low but temps were around 0 with high winds.
