Sorry for the confusion there is a white trim version and a black trim version. The black trim is all black. I have attached a picture. The factory seconds are also only available with the black trim.

Yes, as CSHARP had indicated Factory seconds will have a blemish or two on the underside of the cover. Nothing that shows and nothing structural. Usually a small ding or scratch. As for the installation - They slide into the existing R1T rail. Sorry, I will eventually get a video up...
