I had the same issue. I received a recall notice for headlight alignment. Took about an hour all in for the service center to do it. The have a headlight alignment rig/jig setup. Since the work was completed there is a huge improvement, "day and night" difference. (Sorry I couldn't resist)

The "before" and "after" effectiveness of the headlights after completing the recall was definitely noticeable and I can now drive in rural areas at night. Previously it was ridiculously bad.
