I got my R1T OC 8 step mostly finished last Friday. I have an issue with the financing step that supposedly only my guide can fix. I emailed him same day, nothing. emailed again this Monday, nothing. Sent message via text. Nothing. Sent another text the next day. Nothing. Called support...

Same here. Got VIN assigned this morning 10,1xx for my OC. Sitting on step 8, as I'm not sure how that takes to unlock?
