  1. Items lost in 3rd row seat belt area

Thank you! This was extremely helpful, it only took about 2 minutes, all in, to get the retainer out this way, including putting everything back in place.
  2. Items lost in 3rd row seat belt area

My daughter lost her retainer when it slid into the seatbelt buckle area of the 3rd row of our R1S. There is a gap there that seems to lead somewhere not accessible via the seats or the trunk under those flaps. Anyone have any ideas on how to get in there?
  3. Sandy Munro Tearing Down Rivian R1T Battery Pack

Don’t forget that every time you brake with regenerative breaking you are adding to the cycles.
  4. Conserve Mode Efficiency Improved? Rivian R1T real world range on a 900 plus mile trip averaged 2.7+ miles/kWh

I am running 2.55-2.6 mi/kWh (according to the trip computer) over a few weeks of relatively short (<10mi each way) commute and random errands in what I would consider suburban/ city outskirts driving. A bit of highway, but mostly local roads. 21” with aero covers, mostly on conserve but...
  5. Title, license plate (transfer or new) and registration

I’m in CA so maybe it is different but I got my registration and plates in about a week, maybe 10 days tops (late June pickup for the truck). That was substantially faster than when my wife got her Volvo.
  6. Do you charge the R1T every night?

Pure speculation on my part, but it may also depend on how they are managing cells and charging within the battery. When you are only charging at a low rate to get to 70, maybe the software is limiting the number of cells and bringing them from a much lower state of charge to 70%. That could...
  7. Do you charge the R1T every night?

My interpretation of this was that to maximize life, you generally leave it in the mode where it charges to 70% max unless you are on a trip. My understanding has always been, with lithium ion batteries, that the fewer cycles you have the better off you are from a capacity and longevity...
