On our road trips we would typically run down to 15-20 % and to charge back to 85-90 % it would take about 40-45+ min. Using primarily Rivian charging stations. I didn't think it was terrible but it added 3 hrs to a previous 9 1/2 hr in an ICE. It drove my wife crazy.
I would not ... but not because of the vehicle. Mostly because of increased cost of new (we had the original pricing) and it does not fit our life style well (charging times on road trips). In a few years when the battery technology improves (solid state battery's , 800 v etc.) and the R2...
so a question to help me understand ... when tethering you use the data from your phone ... if you subscribe to C+ you use data from the C+ subscription ... is that correct?

Had the Rivian charger installed since Sept 2023 ... needed 2 breaker flips ... most likely related to my wifi doing a router. update ... running version V 03.02.14 ... it has been pretty steady unless it's 0 deg outside and I'm in my slippers
Snow cables are recommended for 21 and 22 OE wheel and tires … according to the owners manual … I’ve never used snow socks so I can’t comment. In an emergency snow cables have worked well on my ICE vehicles.
Thanks … that was part of what I’m considering … that and “slots” vs “squares” … I’ll get back to you if I go w/ just the boards and slots.
I dont mean to hijack the thread ... quick question along these lines ... I have a BPA and hope to take delivery of R1S in September. Tax credits for 2022 will not be useable for me ... a rare occurrence. Could I disregard the BPA and just file for credits that would be available in 2023?
